The breakfast was good hot, the staff was knowledgeable, the grounds were impeccably clean. The deluxe king room was brand-new, very well taken care of. A grill restaurant was very nice.

We didn't have time, so we will definitely go again next time. The breakfast with toasts, almost inedible bacon and croissants was hot.

We got a high standard and beautifully designed room with a brilliant bathroom. It was in a remote setting close to Banham zoo.

All in all - had a nice 4 night stay. I had a great bed, and a fridge, an electric kettle and climate control. The location was peaceful, within walking distance of Saint Mary. Plus it was max 5 mins walk to the lake. The hotel provided reasonable prices.

We came for a relaxed weekend as a new couple and The Oaksmere helped us achieve just that. The staff were friendly and helpful, the facilities were great, and the location was perfect for a peaceful getaway. The hotel had a nice pub and a fantastic restaurant. Our deluxe king bedroom was comfortable and had a beautiful exposed wooden ceiling. it was a lovely mix of modern, Victorian, and Tudor architecture in a picturesque setting.

The hotel was a nice place for enjoying a lovely area, close enough to the restaurant for a spot of lunch, the bars on Fridays and Saturdays evenings and tree-lined avenue. We spent 1 night in junior suite with super big bath great.

This place is impressive and fashionable, with a fabulous shower and jet bath. It is located in a quiet area and has a remote location near the restaurant, surrounded by a beautiful tree-lined avenue and garden.

The setting is marvellous and fantastic, near to the bars on Fridays, and IN THE RESTAURANT. The building is gorgeous and the rooms are quiet with an extra £ 35, outlook onto the new vegetable garden, a mini bar.

Would come here again if in Eye.

I had the best visit at this luxurious hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with open arms by the friendly staff. They went above and beyond to make my experience here a special one. The location is ideal, set back from the main restaurant, with stunning landscaped gardens surrounding it. I loved the fact that I could take a leisurely walk through the parkland or relax on the terrace with the comfortable garden furniture. The amenities in the room were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially enjoyed the spa bath, which was incredibly relaxing. The on-site restaurant exceeded my expectations with its creative and delicious dishes for both breakfast and dinner. It truly was a memorable culinary experience!

I would highly recommend this hotel to my family.
